WHO IS TACP?
Through Their Eyes: The Animal Compassion Project was founded under a course concerning Social Issues at Panteion University in Athens. Our team consisting of Eirini, Eleni, Priya, Ellie and Leona found their common interest in the concern we share for animals around us. We want to combine our ideas of how we can move towards a more compassionate society and start to take action to make our life on earth worthwhile for all living beings. As a group consisting of international team members from Greece, Germany and India, we can share our experiences from different culture and become more sensitive to the subject on an international level.
Our Logo
The TACP Logo combines the meaning behind our mission with our team members personal interests concerning animal life around us. The world in the center represents earth and our aim to be an intercultural project. At the same time the world is also the eye of a cat, which relates to our goal of showing the world to people thorugh an animals point of view. Around the center we placed five animals, representing all the animals in the world as well as the individual spirit animals of our team members.
